Worth Persevering
Rove Concepts has great products, which are well priced (particularly for Members). However their website is truly awful: slow and inconsistent. Checking out is a nightmare.
Great first time shopping experience
The website is easy to use and has very detailed product descriptions. I also felt there was a great assortment of products to choose from.
Counter stools
Rove Concepts was quick to send fabric swatches (love that this is free and I didn't have to pay shipping!) and the website was easy to navigate to find exactly what we were looking for in new counter stools. We're looking forward to having them in our home shortly!

Always love Rove Concepts. This order was bamboo sheets which I suspect will be fabulous. Previous orders of a couch, dining chairs, with a few more purchases in my plan.
Customer service I find excellent , although takes time to reach them sometimes, but worth it.

SUPER EXPERIENCE!!
I have to update my prior review….my experience with Rove was amazing. Extremely fast delivery and beautiful chairs. They are a bit stiff but that’s fine for dining chairs. My only complaint was that the delivery company never notified me that the chairs were being delivered. Luckily I was home when they delivered so no issue.

I loved not only the selection of modern furniture, but also the way they were displayed with the photos, colorways, and especially the video showing the materials and comfort of the sofas/sectionals. The only critical feedback I have is the site took a bit long to load at times. Otherwise, my experience would have been 5 stars for sure!

Hunter queen bed
Just received my rove hunter queen bed frame and I have to say I am very impressed. Packaging was better than any furniture I’ve ever received, the delivery driver probably could have thrown it out the back while the truck was driving and it still would have been fine. The bed frame itself was built very solid, all hardware was high quality not the cheap stuff your used to getting with furniture. This very well could be the last bed frame I ever buy!
